Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we send the tracking number on WhatsApp and email. If you can't find it, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll resend it.
How long does delivery take?
Delhi & NCR usually 2–3 business days, major cities 3–5 days, and other regions 5–7 days from dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch, and sometimes pauses in transit. If it's stuck for more than 2–3 days, message us and we'll chase the courier for you.
My order is delayed or hasn't arrived.
Sorry about that! Send us your order ID on WhatsApp — we'll check with the courier and sort it out quickly, including a replacement or refund if a package is lost.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Message us as soon as possible with the new details.
