By accessing and using the SoraChi website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.
SoraChi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials (information or software) from the SoraChi website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SoraChi
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Use the materials for spamming or unsolicited contact
- Hack, crack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to any part of SoraChi
Orders & purchases
Product descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our products, but we don't warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed with obvious pricing errors.
Payment: Orders are processed via Razorpay, a secure payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order. Confirmation of an order does not constitute acceptance.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from SoraChi. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer: The materials on SoraChi are provided on an 'as is' basis. SoraChi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further limitation: In no event shall SoraChi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SoraChi, even if SoraChi or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Maximum liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Dispute resolution
Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
Informal resolution: In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally.
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue mediation under the Indian Mediation Act before pursuing legal action.
Changes to terms
SoraChi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
